Suggestion play a major role in every one's life, to what suggestion one get exposed frequently they get adapt to that easily. If one open hears to optimistic suggestion then the attitude of those person would probably be optimistic. If one pay more attention to pessimistic suggestion then those person will develop pessimistic attitude. It depends on what type of suggestion we get in to our mind. If we are in a circumstances to hear all those negative suggestion where there are no chance to get rid of it In such a case we should be able to filter all those negative suggestion that accessed our mind. Our mind has capacity to get all suggestion and in same way it also have filtering capacity which allow the necessary one to take in to your mind. It is up to one's capacity to take the essential one. In these competitive world, there is no one to pat to you even though you are adept in any skills. Every one must hassle to get the top rank jin simple words you can the survival of the fittest is haunting the world. In such a condition negative suggestion can come from any where so one must be very cautious of getting suggestion from others.

The most successful person never fail to work harder, as it is the root cause for their success in whatever field they move on. In simple word hard work is one of the key to success. But many of them murmur about the field they choose, but the fact is that even though you move on with your choice unless you work hard you never get hold of success. Remember well that Success doesn't lie in the selection of a field, it lies in how much effort you put on it. Without putting on effort it will be very difficult to get the upper hand. There are some who blame on seniors or consider it as a politics and drop the attempt to do it. These type of people must change their attitude, perception and they themselves must realize it as a lame excuse and start working on the project to reach the target they are aiming so far. But unless they realize their mistake they keep on doing it with confident without knowledge of their mistake, which will not only suppress their growth and act as an hindrance to their successful path but leave them in depressed state were one find harder to come out of it. Peace of mind is the one which every soul in this universe aspire so far, but only few get it . One can get peace only when he is happy ,without troubles and worries. The inner soul aspire for tranquility. Definitely one cannot get peace when his mind get obsessed with thoughts.There are some who go beyond food and money which seems to be the peace seeking source for them. For those people I could say they did not comprehend the correct definition of peace, as it lies not in external happiness. Real happiness can be derived only from inner calmness and when mind is free of thoughts. Be aware of one thing if you are abounded with bewilderment, fear, stress and worries, then there is no chance to get peace. Shed of all those stress, worries and fear there is a good chance to find peace in yourself.

Just follow this simple steps, you can feel a change in yourself.

1 Never watch T.V or read newspaper often.
2 Never open your hear to negative words and avoid pessimist people.
3 Never hold revenge on any person ,this ill-feeling may never leave you to sleep.
4 Never be jealous of others which shows your low-esteem and never leave you in peace.
5 Never try which is not suitable-to you or your mind will will be full of worries.-
6 Never turn off your mind when inconvenience and irritation comes to you in daily life which is an unavoidable one.
7 Patience and tolerance is a must to be practiced in your life.
8 Self-detachment never let you down in any circumstances. So exercise it.
9 Never run your mind in past bad mmories as it will upset you . Past is past, live for present.
10 Mediate for one hour daily which is highly recommended one.

The power of word is a boundless one as no soul in this universe can measure it. When I dwell deeply into the power of words I was really allured not only by its vastness and as a group of characters, but I could feel it as a thoughts and emotions. I felt that the real power of word may be used to motivate us, encourage us, inspire us and help us in many ways.

To me the words we use must sound good, as its tremendous power can be influenced in every day of one's life. If you hear positive words from your surroundings then there is a great chance for you to develop positive attitude in your life as days goes by. The words you hear will be automatically registered in your mind at sub-conscious level as days goes on you can see a change in your attitude. If you are exposed to negative words then you will develop a negative attitude. If words from the surroundings itself will have a great effect on your attitude means then just think about the words you utter often, it will be very difficult to imagine if you are pessimist.

So be cautious of using words as it influence not only your attitude, it may attack the people surrounding you. If the words you use are positive then there is no need to worry. Everything will be complacent and you can have a good and smooth life. Don't be annoyed if you are pessimist, day are not too longer for you to turn to optimist. Live happily as far as possible as it is the key to success. Happiness brings in you a state were your are mind are always relaxed and satisfied which all soul landed on this universe are aspiring so far. Most people mistake it as success is the only way of getting happiness in life. But this is wrong assumption according to me, were true happiness lies in any work you do , the satisfaction at mind level make you relaxed which is the state that you want.Choose your work which is more comfortable to you. Feeling more comfortable with your work itself will create happiness. So choose a work that derive happiness and joy in you instead of working out a inconvenient job out of financial crisis and gaining no peace or happiness out of it. Avoid the work which you don't like. Switch on to the work which brings forth the joy and happiness to you.

I have seen many of my friends who never enjoy their life . The only reason I could find from them is that they choose the work which they feel uneasy. So to lead happy life find what brings in you happiness and switch on to it that is the only key to success.

Happiness in life is in your hand. The way you take for all the events happened in life will mold your life. Every soul born on this universe are subjected to various critical circumstance so as to learn from it not to put them in hassle. Just as a teacher evaluate the paper and and rank them to make students to be conscious of their state we are put in adverse condition to learn more about life. Even nature teaches the same lesson . What I mean here is the four season. Every one is aware of it. In spring the leaves, flowers bloom and make the landscape green and it is an eye catching one no one miss to see it. But in autumn season the leaves fall off. In summer season all creature starve for rain while in winter season they really enjoy the rain. This how the life goes on.

So keep in mind its not a punishment only a learning period.T his is how the life goes just imagine life without any hurdles will be like taking sweet throughout your life. What to Say and What not to Say

One should be conscious while uttering a word as its power influence the mind of all. While communicating to others there are necessary things to be followed as it play a major role in revealing one personality. For instance you could say when you see a few youths driving rashly as "all youths are not following the traffic rules". This is not a right communication its just a limited truth but you have made it general. Few youths may break the rules but not all. In this case just avoid using "all" as it make the statement as general term. The right way to use words in this case is as such "well I guess not just these particular kids".

While you ask a question you should ask in a way that would create possibility to the listener. Your skill in communication lies in the way you query them which should make the chance for the listener to analyze the positive and negative things in it. There are queries as such "you cant do it" which act as a limiting factors and restrict oneself in doing that as it is a negative suggestion, so avoid framing that question. Queries like "why cant you do that?" never help one to answer. "If you do that can you get benefit?" will help the person in creating possibility.

You may also use question by yourself as soon as you ask you may feel the internal dialogue in your mind. Just think of anything else which you avert right from the childhood you ask yourself "why cant I do that?" you will not get answer for that now switch on to other question "if I could what would happen?".Your reply would be of positive, listing out possibilities and you may try to enable action and feelings which would pay away for framing new representations and new state.

The one way to communicate effectively is to avoid fluff. Mostly people use words and phrases which have no meaning that too in our culture there is no doubt about it as these words are not descriptive and it convey what one feel about others, in one word you could say it a vague or meaningless expression. These words which are meaningless or convey little meaning and are mostly found to be generalized and non sensory-based type commonly known to be fluff.

Fluff is "sona is happy" or "sona is in good mood". Generally speaking fluff is a non-descriptive one . The description should be a sensory one and analyzes must be external, very accurate and assumption must be only through what they see and not describe whatever they feel about it . The good description should state clearly what they saw as such "sona is a fair girl of five years old in baby pink color frock and sitting on the meadows". Just due to idleness most of them doesn't communicate properly whatever they feel they convey it by assumption which is a sign of lazy communicator. So for effective communication it is essential to avoid fluff.
